The List - Week of February 15, 2009

It's been a few weeks now, but the SHPO's The List is back.

There's a bunch of interesting non-hp stuff this week, like an update on The Griffin, there's a couple articles (I believe) on the rail issue, a couple articles discussing the connection between arts/culture and economics, and some interesting out-of-state stuff.
